Referral Program Rules
- How to Get Started: Instructions are included with every purchase. If you didn’t receive a referral card, email us, and we’ll send you the details.
- Eligibility to Refer: You must be a past customer to participate and earn rewards.
- Who Can Be Referred: The friend's you refer must be new customers.
- Minimum Order Requirement: The referred friend’s order must have a value greater than $24.
- Self-Referrals Prohibited: You cannot refer yourself.
- Unlimited Referrals: There’s no limit—refer as many new friends as you’d like and earn $5 for each one!
- Referral Information: Your friend must enter the name or email associated with your last purchase at checkout (in ‘Order Notes’ on the cart page or ‘Other - Write it in’ on the confirmation page). This information must be provided at the time of purchase. Without it, we can’t track the referral, and you won’t receive the reward. We cannot retroactively apply rewards to orders missing this information.
- Order Cancellations or Returns: If the referred order is canceled or returned, you will not receive the reward.
- Reward Timeline: Rewards will be issued within 7 days of the referred order being successfully delivered.
- Payment Instructions: We will email you with instructions on how to claim your reward once the referred order is delivered.
- Fraud or Abuse: Gallant Gravity reserves the right to withhold rewards or disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent activity or program abuse.
- Program Changes: Gallant Gravity reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
