• Processing and engraving time: Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and engrave your order. Once your order is complete and ready for shipment, we will send you a confirmation and tracking number.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped after processing and engraving. Items usually take within 1-7 days to arrive.
• Packaging: We ship our items in simple and discrete packaging. 
• Costs: We currently ship at a rate of $4.99 to anywhere in the lower 48 states. International shipping rates calculated at checkout.
